Prerequisites

  • Confirm the exact API product route you intend to use.
  • Prepare a request record rather than assuming self-service approval.

Individual-account instructions

  • Use the current official/static-IP support route if Dhan requires confirmation for your API product.
  • Track the request reference and the approved address in the panel.
  • Do not state the setup is complete until the broker confirms the route you need.

Family instructions

  • Treat family routing as broker-reviewed, not guaranteed.
  • Generate a support request and wait for approval evidence before testing.
Family sharing requires the broker’s documented approval. Servloci can prepare the setup or request, but cannot approve it on the broker’s behalf.
