No approved KYC, no provisioning activation.This gate applies to customer-owned VM enrollment and ServLoci-managed compute. Network-only trial and documentation access follow their separately published eligibility rules.

Why we verify

A private infrastructure service needs an accountable owner.

KYC links each managed runtime, delegated access token, and IP allocation to a reviewed customer. It helps prevent anonymous proxy use, infrastructure abuse, and provisioning for an identity the requester does not control.

Required

Legal name, reachable phone number, intended use, and one government-issued photo identity document.

Accepted files

PDF, JPEG, or PNG up to 5 MB. Upload only what is needed for review.

Do not submit

Passwords, OTPs, API secrets, broker access tokens, card details, biometric data, or an unrequested bank statement.

Review access

The document is available only through the authenticated admin review route and is not displayed publicly.

Privacy note: Use a government identity document appropriate for your jurisdiction. Where lawful, you may redact unrelated identifiers while keeping your name, photo, and document type readable. Contact support@servloci.in before uploading if you need a different verification route.
